phil Parham Weight loss class update

Hey guys! I have had several people asking me questions about the weight loss boot camp and I want to answer them for you here. It is not too late to join!! The ladies that are in the class have already started losing weight in the short time since the class has started! We have 2 classes. M W F at 5:30 am and T Th at 5:30 pm. phil Parham Bootcamp Info!!!!

So here are the details on the bootcamp! It is going to be held at D1 sports and training. There will be 2 class times- 5:30 and 7am. It is a weight loss class with food journals, weigh ins, meal plans, shopping list, etc. The classes are 3 days a week. The cost is $300 per month (basically $25 per class). The training is in a group but it is very induvidualized like personal training. If you sign up by August 1st you get $25 off. phil Parham Breaking Through!

I was talking to a friend today who is going through a difficult time in his life. In many ways he is having to pick up the pieces and start over. My heart went out to him but as I was trying to sympathize with him he stopped me. He said something that made me sit up and take notice. He said "if I do everyday what I need to do to put my life back together then eventually, if I don't give up, I will get through this and come out better." Wow! phil Parham Getting Back Up

I have been in a grumpy mood today because I didn't eat well this weekend and I didn't work out much. I had sushi, Mexican, and even a HAMBURGER yesterday! It is so amazing how just getting off track for 2 days can throw you into a tailspin. But instead of staying in the bed and sleeping in like I wanted to to do this is what I did. Yesterday we went to the casting call for season 9 of The Biggest Loser. There were hundreds of people in line who stood there for hours and hours waiting to get in to possibly get the chance to do what I was so blessed to have the opportunity to do this time last year. I was able to sit at the casting tables with the casting directors and hear the stories of these people.
