Weight loss class update

Hey guys! I have had several people asking me questions about the weight loss boot camp and I want to answer them for you here.
It is not too late to join!! The ladies that are in the class have already started losing weight in the short time since the class has started!
We have 2 classes. M W F at 5:30 am and T Th at 5:30 pm. The classes are $25 per class with a required one month committment.
You can jump in anytime because it is ongoing.

Bootcamp Info!!!!

So here are the details on the bootcamp!
It is going to be held at D1 sports and training. There will be 2 class times- 5:30 and 7am. It is a weight loss class with food journals, weigh ins, meal plans, shopping list, etc. The classes are 3 days a week. The cost is $300 per month (basically $25 per class). The training is in a group but it is very induvidualized like personal training. If you sign up by August 1st you get $25 off. Breaking Through!

I was talking to a friend today who is going through a difficult time in his life. In many ways he is having to pick up the pieces and start over. My heart went out to him but as I was trying to sympathize with him he stopped me. He said something that made me sit up and take notice. He said "if I do everyday what I need to do to put my life back together then eventually, if I don't give up, I will get through this and come out better." Wow! Hi Phil!
Thanx for the advice, I will do as u suggest & see where it goes from there. Thanx a million!!!! When and where will the next challenge be, I would like to start participating in some things w/ people that I have this weight struggle in common with. I guess I need to surround myself w/ those kind instead of trying to do this alone, maybe it will help & keep me going. I'm a competitive person by nature & new friends & competition once in a while would be GREAT!!!! Can't wait to hear from you or Amy again!!!

The best times for me are between 12-2 most days other than Wed as I have Rotary. I am also avail Tues morn and Fri.

This is soo cool, I still am stuck in the rut of getting started. It never worked out for me to join the 90DC in Spartanburg at the Spring Fling so here I am. I bought the BL Cook book and love it, still don't cook from it everyday though. I guess my question is how do I start & stay focused, how do I quit drinking soda, and when do the cravings for the food I love to eat STOP?????
