Way 2 go, Carol!!!! You can do this!!! I am down from a size 24+ to a 12. I am down 82 lbs. since Dec!!! Focus...set small goals...Take a before picture of you and the # on the scale. Then, hold on....it's going to be one heck of a ride!!!!!!
