Hey I am so EXSTATIC because I just got my email that Phil and Amy are starting Tifton on another 90 days. THANK YOU PHIL AND AMY!!! I am one of us who did not meet my goals I set for myself. I have lost about 6 pounds and I am happy to have lost those pounds but would have liked to have seen more. I know it is not anyones fault but mine and I take ownership of that but I also am going to make the most out of the next 90 days. I would like to be able to participate in a 5k when this challenge is done. We have one here around valentines day and my goal is to be ready to participate in it. I am up to walking 3 miles each day in an hour so now i want to start to jog a little in my walks. Keep me in your prayers that I will be able to keep up my momentum. Thanks once again Phil and Amy
