It was so great to see you today in Gainesville. I have never missed a season or episode for that matter and you guys were my favorite from the beginning. Good for you for eating that peanut butter cup - not the easiest thing to do, but by far, the smartest.... I look forward to keeping up with you guys! You are so inspirational!

Hello. I am in Maryland and have about 50 - 60 pounds I'd like to lose. Phil and Amy were my favorites on the BL. Wow, your pics are amazing. I am trying to look good for family pictures during the holidays as well as wear a little black dress to my husband's office party. Wish I lived close to SC to join a challenge/bootcamp.

I am just about 1/3 of the way in my journey. I began 1/14/08. I got rid of 49lbs in 2008. Then hit a major plateau. I managed to get 6 more pounds off by 5/29 weighing in at 269. However by 6/1 I was back up to 276(probably sodium related). I was gifted 3 months of sessions with a personal trainer. Their scale weighed me in at 283.4 on 6/1 and my body fat % was 40.47%. My weight continued to climb. On 6/22 I had a major meltdown while at the trainer when my weight was up to 289. They re-measured me with the calipers and my body fat was down to 38.81. The next week on 6/29 my weight was up again to 291. I began on thyroid meds on 7/2 and finally my weight started to go down. Was 288 on 7/6 and my body fat was down to 37.58%. So I am moving in the right direction. In 5 weeks my body fat % has lowered 2.89%. I got rid of nearly 6lbs of body fat and gained 11 lbs of muscle mass. So now I am ready to see the scale keep moving downward again. I only have 12.58% of body fat % to get rid of by 4/12/10 which is 1 week before my 40th birthday. If I continue at the same pace I will be there by 12/7 but I am sure it will slow down again at some point. I have gotten rid of 38 inches over all and have 69 inches to go. Mostly in my waist and lower abdomen. I look forward to meeting new friends along this journey. Phil and Amy are wonderful people and I am thankful they have this site for us to support each other.

I*m so glad to have become friends with Amy and Phil .They know any thing worth having is going to take hard work.I am just startingon my long road ,I will need a lote of support to stay on this road I need to take off reality weight is to lose 60lbs. would like to lose 80lbs.I weight 180lbs,starting off.Please stand behind meand give encuragement.Love Ya both. I was amazed for some reason at how approachable these two people are. It was nothing for Amy to write in my journal for me. She wrote down some words of encouragement which I read everyday! Then she writes me back and forth on Facebook. It's neat when others see that you are "friends" with them, it really helps me out.

Phillip and Amy are my friends and they keep me inspired and motivated which keeps me on track with my plan.. The 90 Day Challenge has worked for me and it will work for others. Just D.R.E A M!!
