I saw Amy and Phil on a christian network channel and decided to check it out. I am always interested in total wellness and health issues. I struggle some myself but enjoy inspiring myself and others.

My biggest challenge is finances both for food and for the gym. I really need to be doing the D1 workouts with you but even as reasonable as it is it's too much for us right now. Healthy food is expensive when you have a family of 4 on a very limited budget that is my biggest struggle. My second is time I am always busy. I am having to find a good schedule I didn't work over the summer and just concentrated on losing weight and lost 30 pounds. Now I have to try and figure out a good schedule.

My biggest challenge is MYSELF!! I had to finally come to grips with the fact that I sabotage myself....I think it's out of fear...fear of the unknown....fear of being thin, which I've never been before in my life, fear of losing all of my chubby friends, fear of losing my BEST friend....FOOD!! However, I am coming to grips with all of those issues and have posted a poem called "Let it Go" where I see it every day. It's a reminder to myself to let go of "issues" that make me eat and to let go of being around people that try to sabotage me. My mind is in a much better place as I start my 6 month challenge with some NEW friends....who are focused and have the same goal as I do! Good luck to ALL!!

TERRIFIC Mary Grace! It seems from the dates here that there's not a lot of action, but I got your msg and am VERY happy for and proud of your accomplishment! I just returned from a trip and am anxious to get started on changing my life. Maybe we can support each other and reach our goals! Keep going!!
